Fees & Funding Options

About fees and funding at All Psyched Up!

Fees vary according to practitioner and service provided. Here is an overview:

  • Medicare: Salva Crusca provides counselling for clients wanting to use a GP Mental Health Care Plan. Please obtain a referral from your doctor prior to the appointment so that we can process a rebate towards the cost of your session on your day. Please note a GP Mental Health Care plan does not mean sessions are 'free'. The plan entitles you to claim up to 10 rebates towards the cost of your session.

  • NDIS: Joanne Devota-Rando, Savla Crusca, Dr Brooklyn Storme. We work with clients that are Self Managed and Plan Managed under the NDIS and our services fall within the category of Therapeutic Supports. We offer assessment, counselling, family therapy, report writing, home visits within 15km, behaviour support strategies and more.We see adults and children.

  • EAP: Employee Assistance Program is counselling that is provided by our team for you but funded by your employer. Most employers offer 3 sessions of counselling. Please check with your employer if they offer EAP before booking your appointment.  Please note that if during your EAP sessions, you make the decision to go on to WorkCover, any report or assessments required will attract fees. The fees are payable by the insurer, not by the client.

  • Private health: The team at All Psyched Up provides counselling, therapy and assessments under private health funding however, as each funder and level of cover is different with respect to what they cover, please check with your provider to find out what you'll be able to claim.

  • WorkCover: Dr Brooklyn Storme delivers counselling and report writing funded by WorkCover. To access the service, you will need a referral from your doctor plus a letter of approval for Psychology from your insurer along with your claim number.
